5. ORDERS AND PURCHASE TERMS

5.1 Order Process

All orders constitute offers to purchase our products, subject to our acceptance.
Your order is deemed accepted only upon receipt of a confirmation email and/or SMS notification confirming the products ordered.

7.3 No Return and Exchange on Sale Category Products
Products listed in our “Sale” category are final sale items. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable to sale category products under any circumstances.

If you receive a defective or damaged product due to our error in manufacturing or shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and provide a replacement or store credit accordingly. This is the sole remedy for defective products.
