We ship across India from our Surat office, reaching customers in all major cities and towns throughout the country.

No Platform Fee — Enjoy a seamless shopping experience without any additional platform charges.
Shipping Timeline
As a Made-to-Order brand, preparing and dispatching each product requires dedicated time and attention to detail.
Processing & Preparation: 15–30 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Dispatch to Delivery: 7–12 business days after shipment dispatch
Total Estimated Timeline: 22–42 business days from order placement to delivery
Delivery & Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged using premium materials to prevent any damage during transit.
We prioritize the protection of your bespoke garment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Multiple Shipments
For orders containing multiple items, products may arrive in separate shipments based on production schedules. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Courier Services & Alternate Delivery
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery.
If courier services are unavailable in your area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery location or method.
Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to meet all promised timelines, unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics disruptions, holidays) may occasionally cause delays.
In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email with updated delivery details.

International Shipping

Delivery Timeline
Processing & Preparation: As per domestic orders (15–30 business days)
International Shipping: 15–30 business days via International Priority Courier
Customs Clearance: Additional time may be required depending on customs procedures in your country
Total Estimated Timeline: 30–60 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Shipping Rates
International Shipping Charge: ₹2,300 per product
This charge is applied at checkout and covers the cost of international courier services.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable levies are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Refundable: These charges cannot be estimated or guaranteed by Khusika Ethnic and are determined by your country’s customs authorities.
Payment Method: Customers are typically required to pay these duties upon delivery or through their country’s customs process.
We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand potential duties before placing your order.
Self-Collection Option
For customers who prefer to collect their orders personally, we offer a self-collection facility at our Surat office.
Request Procedure

Include your preferred collection date and time.
Our team will confirm availability and provide instructions.
Collection Timeline
Orders must be collected within two working days of receiving our confirmation email.
Failure to collect within this period will result in the order being shipped to your registered delivery address.
Collection is available during our standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST).
Tracking & Communication
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
Shipping Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and shipping details via email.
Real-Time Updates: Track your shipment in real-time using the provided courier tracking link.
Order Issues & Support
Lost or Damaged Shipments

For lost shipments, we will work with the courier service to locate your order or arrange a replacement.
Claims must be filed within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Delivery Address Changes
Once an order is dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
