How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

Step 2: Select Request Type
Choose whether you wish to:
Exchange (replace with a different size or variant)
Return (if applicable under our policy)
Step 3: Provide Details
Fill in all necessary information to proceed with your request, including:
Reason for exchange/return
Product condition details
Preferred resolution (size change, color variant, etc.)
Step 4: Arrange Pickup
Once your request is approved, arrange reverse pickup at the specified charges (detailed below).
Conditions for Exchange
Time Frame
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Delayed requests may not be eligible for processing
Eligible Reasons for Exchange
Exchanges will be processed for the following reasons:
Incorrect Size Received: If you received a different size than ordered
Manufacturing Defects: Stitching issues, seam failures, or inherent material defects
Damaged Product Upon Receipt: Tears, stains, or damage caused during shipping
Wrong Product Received: You received a different product than ordered
Non-Eligible Reasons for Exchange
The following reasons are not eligible for exchange:
Non-Manufacturing Defects: Pen marks, loose threads, pills, snags, or external marks not caused during manufacturing
Color Variations: Screen resolution-related color differences up to 10-12% are considered normal
Fit Preference Changes: Personal fit dissatisfaction (if size is correct)
Style Preference Changes: Simply changing your mind about the design
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for exchange, your product must meet all of the following conditions:
✓ All original tags intact (size, brand, and care labels attached)
✓ Original packaging preserved (with invoice and all included materials)
✓ Unused condition (never worn)
✓ Unwashed (never laundered or dry-cleaned)
✓ Undamaged (no stains, tears, or visible wear)
Quality Inspection Process
Inspection & Confirmation
Upon receipt of your returned item, our quality team will conduct a thorough inspection
You will receive a confirmation email once your shipment is received and passes quality inspection
The inspection typically takes 3–5 business days
Inspection Failure
If your product fails quality inspection (does not meet condition requirements), it will be:
Inspected photographically and documented
Shipped back to you at no additional cost
Your request will be declined with detailed reasons provided

Reverse Pickup (Outbound)
Reverse pickup is available at the following charges, which are borne by the customer:

Once your exchange is approved and processed, the new item will be dispatched to you
Shipping is complimentary for approved exchanges
Shipping details will be shared via your registered email ID
Standard delivery timeline: 5–7 business days
Special Scenarios
Gift Card Purchases
Exchange Type: Only size exchanges are permitted
Reason: Gift card transactions cannot be refunded or returned
Credit Notes: Not applicable for gift card purchases

Additional Important Information
Color Variations
Slight variations in color, finish, and overall appearance are normal and may occur due to:
Different monitor displays and screen resolutions
Lighting conditions during photography
Natural variations in fabric dyes and finishes
Exchanges or returns will not be entertained for these variations. We recommend viewing product photos in natural light and considering your device’s display settings.
Credit Notes
If an exchange is not possible or if you prefer not to exchange:
A credit note will be issued valid for 3 months for future purchases on our website
Credit notes can be used for any product in our catalog
Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be used for gift card purchases
Important: Gift cards will not be reissued once expired. Please plan your purchases accordingly.
Exchange Limit
Only one exchange per piece is allowed
Subsequent issues with the same product cannot be re-exchanged; a credit note will be offered instead
