Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Manufacturing defects (fabric flaws, stitching errors, embellishment damage)
Incorrect items shipped due to our error
Significant size inconsistencies despite measurement guidelines provided
Exchange Process:
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy
Our team will assess the claim and determine eligibility
Approved exchanges will be processed with new production commencing
Return shipping instructions will be provided
New item will be crafted and shipped at no additional cost

Credit Note Policy
Eligibility:
Defects or errors where exchange is not feasible
Customer requests made within 48 hours of order confirmation (before production begins)
Exceptional circumstances at management discretion
Credit Note Terms:
Credit notes are issued in the full amount of the original order value
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Credit notes can be applied toward future purchases only
Credit notes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
No partial refunds are provided; full order value is credited

A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value may apply to cover administrative costs
After Production Begins:
Orders cannot be canceled
